Challenges for 2015 - Get Fit #1



My FIRST challenge for 2105 is getting fit. I love exercising. I might as well keep at it since I did it for GCSEs. This isn't about losing weight but rather being healthier and more active 

Hence for 2015, I'm going to do this 5 things: 

  1. Exercise at least 3 or 4 times a week
  2. Go running every other day
  3. Start meditating for 30 minutes during the days that I don't go running
  4.   Take up more sports and pick up my abandoned' sports again
  5. Be patient with the results
