My FIRST challenge for 2105 is getting fit. I love exercising. I might as well keep at it since I did it for GCSEs. This isn't about losing weight but rather being healthier and more active
Hence for 2015, I'm going to do this 5 things:
- Exercise at least 3 or 4 times a week
- Go running every other day
- Start meditating for 30 minutes during the days that I don't go running
- Take up more sports and pick up my abandoned' sports again
- Be patient with the results
