Magna Carta... Holy Grail

I'm kinda of deeply saddened by the fact that I've scanned through my recent posts and it seemed to me like I've never written a reviewed about Jay Z's recent album Magna Carta... Holy Grail.

Bonus Track: Open Letter

I've gotta say that this is one hell of a tracklist, what I love about it is that there's something unique about it that most track lists don't have. Do I have a clue what it is? Hell no, I don't!

Ever since the album dropped on iTunes, I've been blasting it out nonstop because I simply can't get enough of  it. I'm not too entirely sure if I do have favourite tracks but the one track that I once listened to 15 times in a single day was Part II aka On the run ( featuring Beyoncé ). Not all great couples have the ability has the talent to brand such incredible music.

I did find it that it was immensely difficult to decide whether most songs were finished or not. But what can I do? Maybe that's how it was meant to be. Magna Carta made me realise how effort Jay-Z had put into it for it to be a success. I mean the guy is a flipping legend, who has to top everything he does and he definitely topped Watch The Throne. Whilst I did a little research on the album ( as I do with every other music thing ) I saw that critics don't give enough praise to artists. It's great that they're doing their job judging everyone but those jesters seem to assume that recorded a 59:04 album is easy to work.

Critics are dupes! Seated on their high horses judging everyone that walks on by. I dare you to make an album that everyone will love.

Oh, and I heard that Jay-Z and J. Timberlake had toured together! Two legends. One venue. Intoxicating music. Thousands of fans. Two musicians. Unbelievable vibes.
