The Stealthy Stress That Creeps Up Behind Up And Scoffs You Up

Thankful that this dreadful week is almost finished! I'm so tired and I feel miserable! Every teacher is on my case about how I'm not doing enough revision or finishing their coursework. Well... I'm sorry but I have so much on my plate, plus I only have you once a week. When I see you in the hallway does mean that you can give me a lecture about handling in coursework a week late.

I've finished 60% of my Citizenship GCSE, which I don't think for a fact is an actually GCSE; so I don't know why we have to do it. Unfortunately,  I still have another work week of frustrating week of exams. Why does it have to be this painful? I don't remember having to do all this when I was 4. Why don't I remember? Because at the age, what you worried about was not having friends. Here my life's at stake? No! My EDUCATION? YES!!

I wish they were Prof.Dumbledore. I really do! Another aggravating weekend, where I spend my entire time in books. I disagree and agree with the current situation that I'm in. I do realize that I've grown up though I never thought I'd have to take on this much work this quick. In the last few months, I have grown up a lot and it was an intense experience. I can't always be a child forever. No matter how much I want to be.

How to cope with stress:

  1. Ask yourself why you're stressed.
  2. Get enough sleep
  3. Start to keep a timetable on things you have to do and tackle them step by step
  4. Exercise regularly. For example, I tend to do a lot on push ups and sit ups.
  5. Eat regularly and healthily
  6. Find some space in your timetable for you to relax and have some time to yourself
  7. Never forget to have fun. Just because you're stressed doesn't mean fun is out of the equation
  8. Always STAY CALM!
