Pretty Brown Eyes

I've been dying to do a review about Cody and this is the moment. The day. The hour that I finally get to review Cody Simpson's single Pretty Brown Eyes. But what do we know about Cody?

  1. He's Australian
  2. He's born on the 11th of January 1997, which if you do your maths correctly makes him 16. So he's definitely boy candy for all teenage girls!
  3. He's signed to Atlantic Records
  4. He has two younger siblings Alli Simpson and Tom Simpson
  5. He's totally into surfing!
  6. He's already worked with some well-known musicians in the music industry such Flo Rida, he'd been touring with Justin Bieber on his Believe Tour and he's working with Ziggy Marley! This is such a flipping awesome achievement.
  7. Lastly, he's FREAKIN' AUSTRALIAN!
Back to the review, so Pretty Brown Eyes is off Cody's second upcoming album Surfers Paradise. Which sounds pretty incredible! The video premiered on the 22 of April on YouTube. In the music video, the whole concept is about having fun. So I'm guessing from what I've seen. Cody and his friends are going to a party at a friends' house; though a smashing girl opens the door for them and Cody's immediately under a spell. He tries impressing her by singing and dancing but when it all fails has serenades her with a lovely view with his guitar and him singing. Now that's one way of getting a girl to like - SING TO HER!

The video features some of his friends such as Ryan Beatty also an upcoming artist who's currently touring with Cody on his Paradise tour. His sister Alli and his friend Jessica Jarrell. The video looks like a lot of fun. OMG, that's why I love America, it's always sunny. England needs to fix up with its teenage hormonal feelings.

Anyway, I strongly recommend that you check out his summer, vibey video out because it's fantastic! I've certainly listened to it multiples times to tell you this. Cody Simpson's one to keep your eye on because he has true talent and he's been true to himself since the beginning of his career. He's the down to earth, sensible, classy and chill kind of guy.
