If there's a God above us, then surely all this trouble happening shouldn't happen
No disrespect God, I believe and trust in you but there's always been a day
When one of your own has come to ask the same questions, others before them have asked
When I traveled the world with my ol' fella, we saw the world; we saw it in every way
The frantic distress, the sadness held us together; though he was judging me, judging him
We loved the vintage kind, we were at our best when we dream of the classy days with the classy people
In the time wraps that we'd been through, we wore provoking red and pure white for the innocence
We displayed the love whilst we hid the jealously we had for each other
The different times and worlds were the shows for a relaxed, carefree life which we craved
Alas, ol' fella, we should now say goodbye to those illusions before they take over our minds
Those sweet, succulent, extraordinary views but I'll miss the skyscrapers the most
The generation today decides to live on the edge of the world, judging you, judging me
The knowledge that we possess is immense, but if there's a God above all us
Then surely he should care enough for us, to save us from destroying ourselves
But if there isn't, the let all hell loose
The disbelief in the world seems to cancel out the hope and faith of the remaining believers
However, I believe that:
