50 Years Since JFK

There's no one or nowhere that you can go and people don't know the initials JFK
Why? Because those are the initials are of someone great
Someone who dared to be different when everyone else refused
He was a hero to his nation and many
Though he was also a womanizer to some (I hope I don't get in trouble for saying that)
There are a few wrongs that JFK did
It's unfair that he didn't live long enough to witness his influence take change upon the world
The world still filled with shock and sadness
I watched his video today along with my class
I'm not one for watched horrific deaths and this is one that will haunt my dreams for years to come
Why do all the great leaders have to go before their time?
We are still haunted by his memories as we refuse to bury them because there's too much good in what he left us with
The fatal flaw that altered history
There are so many things to say about JFK
But not enough time to say them in, in a way for those who didn't know him but still loved him
I'll tell you something...
He was a President of a great nation, living like a child who had put his childish ways behind him
I know some people are heartless as they don't value other's lives
There's no doubt that this guy touched your hearts because you must have felt something when we lost him
Don't think of JFK and think about his flaws; think of his greatness
Think of him as he's still alive, more than he was and he will always be
Because that man changed the way we see each other right now
JFK ---> Energy, Optimism, Hope; it's the belief that a nation can accomplish anything

"There's a plot in this country to enslave every man, woman, and child. Before I leave this high and noble office, I intend to expose this plot." JFK - 7 days before his assassination
